Pursuant to the order passed in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.2976 of 2015 dated 06.02.2015, it appears that Patta No.319 has been issued in favour of the petitioner and another Patta No.116 has been issued in favour of the petitioner and Venkatachalam, S/o.Govindasamy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sub-division are not proper.

3.If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to question the subdivision as made in the patta issued to her in a separate proceedings in accordance with law. With the above observation, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
