Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings dated 9.3.2016 in Na.Ka.No.470/2016/A1 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same, directing the respondents to continue to pay the same pension to Mr.Aaron as per his salary as Middle School Headmaster with all service and monetary benefits.
