ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent police to give permission and police protection to conduct procession on 07.04.2017 in view of the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2017. 2.Mr.K.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate, took notice for the respondents.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is suffice that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2017 made to the authorities is directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time frame. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, relating to giving permission and police protection to conduct procession, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
