ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit his original Passport before the said Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.15948 of 2019 dated 27.08.2019 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. It is seen that this petition has been filed before this Court without approaching the concerned Court which granted bail to the petitioner. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed and the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the concerned Court which passed the said order.
