O R D E R
Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to shift the TASMAC Shop situated at Hogenakkal Road, Anchetty, Denkanikkottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District to another place in the light of petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2017. 3.The contention of the petitioner is that he has given a representation dated 16.11.2017 to the respondents for shifting the TASMAC shop situated at Hogenakkal Road, Anchetty, Denkanikkottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District to another place. However, the respondents have not passed any order so far. 4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the 1st respondent, submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.
5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
