Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent herein vide R.Dis. (KI) 29476/2002 culminating in his order, dated 08.07.2005, quash the same and direct the respondents concerned to carry out necessary changes in all the relevant revenue records in our favour.
