Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorified Mandamus, Calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Na. Ka. No. 995/A1/2012 dated 7.8.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the order of sanctioning of Selection Grade increment to the petitioner by proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.632/Aa1/2010 dated 9.9.2010 with all monetary benefits.

ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions submit that this Court may permit the petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty of file a fresh writ petition, if so advised and made endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
