The petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.9.2014 requesting the respondent to pay him back wages for the period from 18.07.2007 to 07.03.2011 and all other attendant benefits. The representation is now pending on the file of the respondent. The petitioner therefore seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his representation and pass orders thereon.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel on behalf of the respondent.

3. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.09.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
