O R D E R

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on either side fairly submitted that since the respondent is residing at Tambaram, the case in D.V.C.No.17/2014, lying on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, could be transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. Further, there is already a case pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, in C.C.No.874 of 2014. The parties have also filed a joint memo to this effect.

2. Considering the submission made by counsel on either side, the case in D.V.C.No.17/2014, lying on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, is ordered to be transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. The joint memo filed by the parties is recorded. It is directed that the transfer shall be effected within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the case, Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, shall try and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible.

3. The revision case is disposed of as indicated above. M.P.No.1/of 2014 is closed.
