2. In para -3 of the earlier award, the following shall be added as per the further joint memo filed by the parties.

3. "In view of the termination of the Execution Petition, the order of attachment is raised in regard to Schedule B and the same shall be communicated to the concerned SRO namely i) Sub-Registration Office, Neelankarai and ii) Sub-Registration Office, Mylapore". Thus, in the order dated 17.08.2022 in E.P.No.14 of 2018 in paragraph No.3 is to be read as follows:

"3. Accordingly, Execution Petition stands disposed of as terminated and the order of attachment is raised in regard to Schedule B and the same shall be communicated to the i) Sub-Registration Office, Neelankarai and ii) Sub-Registration Office, Mylapore" and the SRO Neelankarai is directed to 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

cancel the Sale Deed No.2031 of 2000 dated 07.08.2000 and necessary entries shall be made in the Encumbrance Certificate and title in favour of the 2nd Judgment Debtor may be made good. Hence, the Execution Petition stands disposed of as settled and a Joint memo of compromise shall form part of the award. Award is passed accordingly". 4.The other conditions imposed by this Court in E.P.No.14 of 2018 dated 17.08.2022 shall stand unaltered.
