W.P. No.18806 of 2018.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the order of this Court dated 18.12.2018 has been complied with and produced before this Court the order of the District Registrar, Coimbatore, dated 27.03.2019. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the order of the District Registrar was never communicated to the petitioner.

3. The order of the District Registrar dated 27.03.2019, is now handed over to the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledges the receipt of the order. Since the petitioner has got further remedy of filing of an appeal as against the order of District Registrar, learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his grievance that the petitioner should be given liberty to file an appeal from the date when the copy is served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the order of the District Registrar, Coimbatore, dated 27.03.2019, this Court records that the respondents have complied with the direction of this Court by order dated 18.12.2018. Hence preserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of District Registrar, dated 27.03.2019, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the order is not served on the petitioner so far, the petitioner may file the appeal within the

time limit prescribed from today since the petitioner has received a copy officially from this Court today. In case the copy of the order had already been served on the petitioner, the petitioner has to explain it to the Appellate Authority that the appeal is in time.
