Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to register appropriate cases on the Petitioner's complaints and act against the persons responsible in accordance with law.

ORDER

On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 03.01.2019, there was no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, i.e. 04.01.2019, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the Writ Petitioner has submitted a letter dated 18.12.2018 to the 3rd respondent stating that he has withdrawn all pending cases in the subject matter. The said letter is also produced before this court.
