ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No. 525 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court has dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30128 of 2025 on 05.11.2025 for the following reasons:

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegations, and the submissions made by learned counsels on either side, the fact that the petitioner ha one previous case and that the petitioner had allegedly indulged in illegal quarrying activities causing damage to the ecology, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30128 of 2025 on 05.11.2025.
