This petition is filed to implead the proposed 3rd respondent as 3rd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.3354 of 2023 on the file of this Court. 2.Considering the nature of the prayer in Crl.O.P.No.3354 of 2023, this Court is of the view that, proposed 3rd respondent is the necessary party for effective adjudication of Crl.O.P.No.3354 of 2023. Therefore, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to implead the proposed 3rd respondent as 3rd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.3354 of 2023.

4. Post the matter after three weeks.
