This petition has been filed to issue suitable directions to the respondents police not to harass the petitioners in the guise of false complaint lodged by the 2nd petitioner's parents and her relatives.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners got married and the marriage has been registered.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the mother of Gayathiri by name P.Arukkani has filed H.C.P.(MD).No.859 of 2015 before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court and the same is posted to 02.07.2015.

5. Since H.C.P.(MD).No.859 of 2015 is pending, the prayer sought for in this petition, cannot be granted and the petitioners are advised to appear before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
