Prayer in C.M.P.No.13455/2021: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to grant an ad-interim injunction, restraining the respondents, their heirs, men, agents, servants from interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in suit schedule property in OS.No.77 of 2010 on the file of District Munsif Court, Sankarapuram.
