There is no representation on the side of the petitioners. 2.In an earlier occasion i.e., on 22.11.2018, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted before this Court that subsequent to the passing of the impugned order, a compromise memo was entered into between the parties, by which, the dispute was compromised between the parties. Thereafter, a judgment and decree dated 24.03.2014 was also passed by the Trial Court in O.S.No.78 of 2011 dismissing the suit filed by the petitioners. Since the parties have compromised the matter and the decree dated 24.03.2014 has also been passed subsequent to the passing of the impugned order, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
