O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court made in Cont.P.No.1506 of 2015 dated 20.07.2015 in W.P.No.18391/2014 dated 14.07.2014.

2. The main issue was to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioners, which according to the respondent, has been issued by a communication dated 01.04.2021. In this regard, Mr.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a copy of the legal heir certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Tiruvallur and submits that, a copy of the same will be served on the petitioners in the course of the day.

3. By producing the said document, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that, though belatedly, since the orders passed by this Court has been complied with, by condoning the delay in complying with the orders of this Court, this Contempt Petition can be closed.

4. I have perused the said document filed by the learned Additional Government Pleader and after having heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court feels that, since the order, though belatedly, has been complied with, no further adjudication is required in this contempt
