ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent police to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.05.2015 by registering an FIR and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.E.Sathiyaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.684 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.684 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
