Prayer: The Criminal Revision petition is filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C to set aside the order dated 10.11.2017 made in Crl.MP.No.54 of 2015 on the file of Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition.

ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed against the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal in Crl.M.P.No.54 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Crl.MP.No.54 of 2015 was filed under Section 227 Cr.P.C for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

discharging the petitioners from SC.No.5 of 2014. He further reports that during the pendency of this Criminal Revision Petition, the Session Case came be to be disposed on 02.12.2020 resulting in the acquittal of the petitioners.

3. In view of the acquittal of the accused in the main Session case, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Petition and accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
