ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order dated 27.06.2018 made in W.A.No.971 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that vacancies have not yet been filled up in the light of the mandate as laid down by the Division Bench. If that is the grievance, the remedy for the petitioner lies elsewhere, especially, the post which is sought to be filled is not a post included in Group-IV.

3. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
