The above petition has been filed by the State for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail granted by the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai by the order dated 14.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.9112 of 2018 in Cr.No.355 of 2018.

2. Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate submitted that after investigation in Crime No.355 of 2018, a Final Report was filed stating "Further Action Dropped" on 26.07.2022. Therefore, he submitted that nothing survives in the Criminal Original Petition. 3.Recording the above submission, Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
