O R D E R
This Petition filed to quash the FIR No.23 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent on various grounds including suppression of material facts regarding various litigations pending at various forums between the parties.
2. To be short, the averments found in the FIR and the materials supplied by the accused in the quash petition clearly indicates that the material disputed has turned into ugly shape by filing complaint against each other including allegation of POCSO offence and adultery. As far as complaint is concerned, this has been registered by the respondent police pursuant to the direction given by the Judicial Magistrate under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. To say the least, the order of the Magistrate been after perusing all the records in detail.
3. Be that as it may, now the Magistrate has only directed the police to register FIR and report. Since all the facts connected with the dispute are now before this court in the quash petition, this court directs the first respondent herein to take note of all those facts and conduct 2/4
enquiry and file a report about the outcome of the enquiry. Pending enquiry, if the parties are ready to settle the dispute amicably, it is always open to them and if such event happens, the respondent police shall record the same and report to the Magistrate. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Consequently, Crl.OP. disposed.
