This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR in C.S.R.No.167 of 2015 dated 6.5.2015 before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court concerned.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry in CSR 167 of 2015 is pending before the respondent Police. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is closed and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. Petitioner is directed to co-operate for the conduct of the enquiry.
