O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to declare the petitioner's results of the Theoretical and Practical Examinations held in May - June, 2017 and May - June, 2018 of B.Ed. Course bearing Registration No.16111252 and to consequently issue her Degree, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner pursued her two years B.Ed. Course in the third respondent College and respondents 1 and 2 are the competent Authority to publish the result, however, the respondents 1 and 2 have not yet published the petitioner's result.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 did not dispute the facts submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to publish the petitioner's result for the Theoretical and Practical Examinations held during May - June, 2017 and May - June, 2018 of B.Ed. Course bearing Registration No.16111252, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
