This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 06.07.2015 made in I.A.No.64 of 2015 in O.S.No.290 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Avinashi, Thiruppur District. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit itself was decreed on 07.01.2019 and in view of the same nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
