2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent made a submission that pursuant to the judgement of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court dated 03.12.2019 passed in W.A.Nos.158 of 2016, etc., the writ petitioner is not entitled for pension. The learned Special Government Pleader also submitted that as against the order passed in the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner, a writ appeal in W.A.No.638 of 2019 was also filed.
