On a prima facie consideration, as seen from the Tabular Column, the petitioner is not liable to pay any amount. In fact, refund order was issued on 28.01.2012 and based upon the same, the refund has already been issued to the petitioner, which amounting to Rs.20,479/-. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are claiming Rs.4,74,32,604/- from the petitioner. 3.Mr.B.Ramana Kumar, learned Senior Standing Counsel, assisted by Mr.D.Prabhu Mukund Arun Kumar, learned Junior Standing Counsel and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Junior Standing Counsel, who accept notice on behalf of the respondents, seek time to get written instructions from the department.
