The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i), 324 I.P.C. r/w Section 3(1)(r) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, seeks a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No. 1035 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai to consider the bail application to be submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
