No.89 of 2021 and O.A.Nos.715 to 719 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J The first defendant has offered a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- towards full and final settlement of the plaintiff's claim against the first defendant. The plaintiff, on the other hand, has requested a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. Therefore, the learned counsels on both sides seek a week's time to work out an arrangement in this regard.
