was passed on 13 March 2015.

2. When the matter was taken up at 2.15 p.m., the second respondent was present. The first respondent was called absent. In order to give an opportunity to the first respondent, I directed the matter to be called at 3.00 p.m. When the contempt petition was taken up at 3.00 p.m., the first respondent appeared along with the second respondent.

3. In view of the compliance of the order by proceedings dated 29 September 2015, I consider it not necessary to keep this contempt petition pending. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. Consequently the connected Sub Applications are closed.
