ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to direct the Sub Court, Vaniyambadi to dispose of the HMOP.No.93 of 2017 within a time frame. 2.

The petitioner is the husband, who filed petition for divorce and the same is pending before the Sub Court, Vaniyambadi in HMOP.No.93 of 2017. The wife also filed petition for restitution of conjugal rights in HMOP.No.50 of 2016. Both the cases riped for trial. Since because the

petitions are pending for more than seven years, he needs direction to the trial court to dispose of the same as early as possible. 3.

The case status submitted by the revision petitioner also proves that now enquiry starts and posted for PW1 cross. Since because the petitioner is aged about 50 years, considering the same, the trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.93 of 2017 along with HMOP.No.50 of 2016 filed by the wife within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments. Since the direction is to the court, notice to the respondent is ordered to be dispensed with. 4.

With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
