Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying, to direct the respondent police to register a case against the offender on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the CSR issued in No.242 of 2015 by the Respondent-Police dated 09.05.2015 and take up fair and proper investigation in the matter of intentional and willful criminal activity of the offender such as cheating, criminal breach of trust.

ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register a case against the offender on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the CSR issued in No.242 of 2015 by the Respondent-Police dated 09.05.2015 and take up fair and proper investigation in the matter of intentional and willful criminal activity of the offender such as cheating, criminal breach of trust.

2. Heard Mr.S.Rajesh,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the matter essentially relates to a civil dispute. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the petitioner and therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law.
