ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to form and provide a proper access pathway to the petitioner's Natham house site situated in the address morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that she has no access to reach her Natham house site at the address morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner had given a representation dated 25.09.2025 to the respondents requesting them to provide a proper access pathway to the petitioner's Natham house site. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Page No.2 of 6
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.09.2025 seeking to form and provide a proper access pathway to the petitioner's Natham house site situated at the address morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the necessary parties, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
