ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to submit a representation to defer the departmental proceedings till the culmination of the enquiry initiated under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
