The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to disburse the amount of Rs.3,10,861/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty One Only) with interest at the prevailing bank rate from May 2015 till the date of disbursement due on account of Agreement No. TPJ.111/2014. 2.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the amount claimed by the Petitioner has been settled by the Respondents, and he has made an endorsement seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
