(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 148 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 4 and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 4, submitted that they have no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
