The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in D.No.49/2023 dated 20.01.2023.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in CRP.No.4261 of 2015, this Court by an order dated 06.12.2019, directed to conclude the trial in OS.No.251 of 2013 within a period of three months. However, the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tiruppur has sent communication dated 20.01.2023 narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to conclude the trial. 3.
