O R D E R

The respondent is present in Court today pursuant to the statutory notice. The respondent has paid a total sum of Rs.1,31,022/- to the petitioner, the receipt of which, the learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges.

2. The respondent seeks one year's time to pay the remaining amount of Rs.2 lakhs. According to the respondent, the financial position of the society is in a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ very bad shape and as such, one year period is required.

3. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent and taking into account the financial condition of the society, the respondent is granted time till 30 June 2016, to pay the entire amount. It is made clear that failure on the part of the respondent or the society to pay the balance amount would result in reviving the contempt petition.

4. The contempt petition is closed with the above observation.
