W.M.P.No.5536 of 2022 in W.P.No.7684 of 2016 V.PARTHIBAN.J, This miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the nomenclature of the petitioner in the long and short cause title as Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Limited instead of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited and amend the registered office address of the petitioner.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the same is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
