2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent; learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Without going into the merits of these cases, it is seen that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, whereby, respondents 2 and 3 have paid a sum of Rs.3lakhs to the petitioner. It is seen that a gas cylinder belonging to the petitioner is with respondents 2 and 3.

4. Mr.R.C.Paulkanagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that, his parties will make arrangements to get substitute cylinder and give it to the petitioner.
