Today, the matter has been posted under the caption "for Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner for getting an observation from this Court that the observation made by this Court in its order dated 27.02.2019, will not influence the learned Second Additional District Judge, Pondicherry, while passing orders in the suits. Accordingly, paragraph No.11 of the order dated 27.02.2019, reads as follows:

"It is seen that the application to strike off the plaint has been moved, after a detailed written statement has been filed. It is also seen that the suit in O.S.No. 1507 of 2012 (which has been renumbered as O.S.No. 51 of 2017) has been transferred and ordered to be jointly tried along with O.S.No.1 of 2014. It is also informed by the learned counsel for both sides that, issues have been framed in both the suits and the suits are ripe for trial. Hence, the learned Second Additional District Judge, Pondicherry, http://www.judis.nic.in

P.T.ASHA, J.

dua is directed to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos. 1 of 2014 and 1507 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without being influenced by the observations made by this Court in this order."

The Registry is directed to re-issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned subject to payment necessary charges.
