ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the judgment and decree passed by the Sub-Judge, Tambaram in C.M.A.No.9 of 2012 dated 06.07.2015 by confirming the judgment and decree passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur in I.A.No.1590 of 2009 in O.S.No.747 of 2009 dated 30.11.2011 on merits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
