The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to recover a sum of Rs.1,59,386/- (Rupees One lakh fifty nine thousand three hundred and eighty six Only) along with interest at the rate of 12% p.a from 13.04.2003 to till the date of realisation of amount from the third respondent as per the award dated 25.08.2006 passed in W.C.335 of 2004 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation-II (Deputy Commissioner of Labour II), Chennai - 6 under the Revenue Recovery Act and remit the said amount in the Court of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation - II (Deputy Commissioner of Labour II), Chennai - 6.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 08.02.2023, there was no representation for the petitioners and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, the matter was again directed to be listed on 20.02.2023 (today) under the caption ''for orders''. When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
