O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court dated 10.03.2015 in W.P.No.23453 of 2013.

2. The operative portion of the order reads as follows :

"5. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2013 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner, No costs."

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from his client submits that pursuant to the direction issued, now notice has been issued to the respondents 3 to 5 and enquiry is yet to commence.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader assures that enquiry will be expedited and completed within a shortest possible time and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent/contemnor to proceed with the enquiry, based on the notice already issued and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. rpa/ds SD/- DEPUTY REGISTRAR(CLAA) //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2015.
