Learned counsel for the petitioner made the following endorsement:- "Petitioner died and his legal heirs do not want to pursue the W.P. Hence may be dismissed."

In view of the same, writ petition stands dismissed as it should be noted that the petitioner had unfortunately expired pending the writ petition. But it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that though representation had been given by the petitioner, the same had been rejected and the legal representatives do not want to pursue the writ petition any further. No costs.
