Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for furnishing the surety on Crl.O.P.No.10251/2020, dated 08.07.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit the amounts and to execute the sureties, as condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10251 of 2020 dated 08.07.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to deposit the amounts and to execute the sureties, as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/-[Rupees Five thousand only] to the Good Convent Social Service, Society Reg No.55/1959, Corporation Bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai, A/c.No.520101001284955, IFSC.No. CORP0000577. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
