of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the respondents 2 to 4 herein under the powers vested with it under Sec.36AA of the Banking Regulation Act in order that the confidentiality of banking transactions and the faith in the observance of the banking code and generally accepted practices of Banking secrecy are restored and further direct that necessary action be taken by the 4th respondent against the 2nd and 3rd respondent herein for the commission of the breach of confidentiality inherent in the relationship of banker and customer.
