Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the first respondent police to bring the body of the detenue namely Miss.Guna, aged about 24 years from the clutches of the second respondent and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's daughter, aged about 24 years had gone missing from 26.01.2024, a complaint in this regard came to be registered by the first respondent police in Cr.No.81 of 2024 as 'woman missing'. However, since no action has been taken, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint about her missing daughter viz., Guna, aged about 24 years, she has been traced and has now living under the care and protection of the petitioner herein, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and no further orders are required to be
passed in this petition.
