ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue call letter to the petitioner for certificate verification to be held on 27.01.2016 in the category of carried Forward Vacancies from the members of Supervisor of Co-operative Societies and other non-official Employees of Co-operative institutions.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner attended the written examination as well oral test, in which, she secured only 192 marks in MBC category, whereas the last person selected had scored 211 marks and hence, the petitioner was not selected.

counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
